Terms of Service

By ordering from Precious Memories by Kali, you agree to the following:

• You certify that you are the owner of the photographs you are sending to me.
  
  
• You certify that you are the parent or guardian or have obtained the consent of the parent or guardian of the baby/babies or child/children whose photos you are sending to me.

• I can not and will not use professional photographer's photos without a signed release from the photographer. You must contact the photographer to obtain a signed release form. I can only mailed release forms. Emailed releases will not be accepted.

• Please understand that slight color variations may occur due to monitor calibration therefore, the colors on your printed card may be slightly different then what you see on your monitor.

• A digital proof will be made available to you and you can email me any changes that you would like to be made. Once you approve your digital proof and it is sent to print or emailed to you, no changes can be made.

• Please inspect your digital proof very carefully for spelling or any other errors. I am not responsible for any errors on your part after you have approved your proof and it's been sent to print or emailed to you.

• If your photo is not suitable for printing such as being blurry or not a high enough resolution I will let you know and ask that you send me a new photo. I am not responsible for the photo quality given to us or the end result if you decide to go ahead with the original photos. • If you are mailing us your materials we suggest making copies before sending them to us. We are not responsible for materials that are lost or damaged during transit and for delays in shipping due to the United States Postal Service.

• Precious Memories by Kali accepts major credit cards through PayPal. PayPal is a secure payment method which uses SSL to encrypt your private information from your computer to their system. Please visit www.paypal.com to view their privacy policy and their terms of service.

• If a proof has been designed there is a $15 cancellation fee if you decide to cancel your order. Once you have given final approval on your proof and it has been sent to print or emailed to you, no refunds will be issued. By giving your final approval on your proof, you certify that all information is correct.

• I am not responsible for delays in shipping due to the Shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit. You must contact the shipping carrier.
  

• If we have not begun processing your order we can issue you a full refund. If we have put a proof together we can issue you a refund minus $15. Orders can not be canceled once the digital proof has been approved and sent to print or emailed to you.
